Our History
The firm was established in 1962 by Charles Bertram Burrows to give local businesses and individual taxpayers a service of a quality which, until then, was only available in the cities of Liverpool or Chester.
The firm's premises at 10 Grange Road were built by Mr. Burrows' father in 1905, as the main Post Office, on land purchased from the Sandlea House estate and are now in the centre of a thriving business community in a pleasant seaside town.
Initially Bertram Burrows occupied the first floor of the building. The firm's policy of providing a high quality personal service, tailored to the needs of its clients, led to expansion and Bertram Burrows moved into the second floor of the building and in 1982 completed their occupation of all three floors by moving into the ground floor shop premises.
